We visited your farm today and enjoyed it imensely. While driving home we passed lots of lythrum along the way. Can you dry it and, if so, what's the best way? Thanks.

Yes you can dry it but it turns a bit darker (or flatter in color). Remember from the tour: open, airy, dark place for drying. In addition, you must pick them when they are not
fully open.
